Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Stonework & Hardscape

Limestone walls, flagstone paths, pavers, and outdoor seating set on a base that won’t heave when the Hill Country clay swells.

Native limestone retaining walls, dry-stack accents, flagstone walks, and concrete pavers laid on properly-compacted base with geotextile underlayment and polymeric sand. Hill Country soil is half rock, half clay — we set the foundation work right so the surface stays level a decade later instead of buckling on the first wet winter.

  • Mulch Installation

Cedar, hardwood, or dyed-black mulch installed at the right depth — fresh beds, weeds knocked back, moisture held in for the summer.

Bulk-delivered mulch (or bagged on smaller jobs), hand-spread to a consistent 2 to 3 inches around plants and trees with a clean spade-cut edge against the lawn. We pull last year’s clumped mulch first if it needs it. Cedar or native cypress is the call for most Buda yards — holds up to the sun without fading flat by July.

  • Sprinkler Install & Repair

New zones, head replacements, broken-line repairs, controllers programmed for Hays County water restrictions — and the head you’ve been meaning to call about.

Full system installs, zone-by-zone tune-ups, head replacements, valve and broken-line repairs, and controllers programmed to match the City of Buda and Hays County watering schedule. We walk every zone with you at the end so you know what each one is hitting.

  • Landscape Lighting

Path lights, uplit live oaks, downlit patios — installed and repaired. Low-voltage LED so the system uses pennies and lasts.

Low-voltage LED installs and repairs: path lighting, downlights, uplighting on live oaks and architectural features, deck and patio fixtures. Transformers sized for the run and buried direct-burial cable to code. We come back to re-aim and replace what burns out, which is rare with quality LED.

  • Pressure Washing

Driveways, patios, fences, siding — washed at the right pressure for the surface so the cedar doesn’t splinter and the limestone doesn’t etch.

Concrete drives and walkways, flagstone and limestone patios (low-pressure / soft-wash so we don’t etch the stone), wood fences, and house siding. We dial pressure to the surface — we’d rather take an extra hour than blow the grain off your cedar.

  • Lawn Maintenance

Mowing, edging, hedge work, and general cleanups — same crew, on a fixed day, every week.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing with sharp blades, edging at every visit, string-trim around posts and live oaks the mower can’t reach, hedges shaped at the right time of year, and walks blown clean before we leave. Bermuda or St. Augustine — we cut at the right height for Buda summers so the lawn keeps moisture through the 100° stretches.

  • Flower Beds & Hedges

Beds weeded by hand, hedges shaped, perennials pruned at the right time — the front of the house holding the line season to season.

Hand-pulled weeds (no glyphosate near edibles unless you ask), seasonal pruning timed to each plant rather than the calendar, and hedge shaping that respects how the plant actually grows. We refresh the mulch top-up in spring and fall to keep moisture in and weeds suppressed.

  • Spring & Fall Cleanups

The big two — leaves, sticks, dead growth out; mulch, edges, and beds reset for the season.

A full-property reset twice a year. Spring: cut back perennials, remove winter debris, edge beds, refresh mulch. Fall: bag leaves, blow out beds and gutters from the ground, cut back what wants cutting, prep the lawn for dormancy.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
